Kojo Agyei, known as Adj, is the "Visionary Fusionist" at 8 Arms, with a legendary track record working with industry giants such as Beyoncé, David Beckham, Jennifer Lopez and Usher. He orchestrates launches and conferences for global brands Adidas, Gap, Nike and Umbro, featuring icons including Muhammad Ali, David Beckham and Martina Hingis. Adj's innovations transformed cricket entertainment with DJs, dancers, and flamethrowers. His deepest passion lies in mentoring young talent, coaching aspiring footballers, dancers and performers, and leading the Highlands Youth Development CIC, a platform he founded to empower talented youth.

Karl Gordon, the "Sound Architect" at 8 Arms, brings three decades of music expertise to new heights. As a renowned record producer, artist, and co-founder of the 90s hip-hop duo Outlaw Posse, he's consistently pushed musical boundaries. Karl pioneered hip-pop and produced chart-topping hits for All Saints, among other multi-platinum and gold albums with over 10 million sales. He's toured with Busta Rhymes and Snoop Dogg, and now, as a Senior Lecturer and Lead at the Academy of Contemporary Music, he shares his industry experience teaching the Rap & MC pathway he designed.
